Make things right for nature
We measure our carbon footprint every year and implement a reduction strategy. We have already reduced emissions by 60% from commuting thanks to the Sustainable Mobility Allowance, and by 20% from business travel by limiting air travel.
We also run awareness initiatives throughout the year: Climate Fresk workshops, Impact Day, Ma Petite Planète, and talks with subject-matter experts (Time For The Planet, IPCC reports, etc.).Make things right for business and society
We give all employees 2 paid days per year to volunteer with non-profit organizations.
We also provide Partoo free of charge to committed companies and non-profits to support their growth (Murfy, Cafés Joyeux, Nous Anti Gaspi, etc.).Make things right for people
We have implemented various policies to strengthen diversity, equity, and inclusion at Partoo: support for parents, people with disabilities, gender equality, and anti-discrimination initiatives.
We also offer a mental well-being program with Moka.Care and are trained in mental health first aid.
