Customer

The Customer team is at the heart of the client relationship at Partoo. It supports customers in getting started with and using the platform.

It is structured around two complementary teams: Customer Care, dedicated to onboarding and day-to-day support, and Customer Success, which trains customers, maximizes product adoption, and drives renewals and upsells.

As a true center of expertise and advisory, the Customer team contributes every day to customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
